A Combination of Manual Therapy, Knowledge and Experience in integrating Body Mechanics, Kinesiology and Movement training.
You will experience a peaceful meditative moment, where you will be gently rocked, moved, stretched, guided through breathing and vizualization to enhance body mind awareness. The massage is nurturing, compassionate and will have a deep effect on the body and mind, without inducing pain. It will appease the mind and unwind muscular tensions by restoring Qi energy flow in the body.
